• Injections of erythropoietin (EPO) a naturally occurring substance.
• Injections of synthetic chemicals that carry oxygen.
• Blood transfusions, often of the athletes own blood that were stored and transfused back into the athlete to boost his/her blood.

There are ways to test for all these things. The difficulty is the sports doctors are constantly trying new ways to cheat. The World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) has given Russia three weeks to explain how a number of positive drug tests were deleted from a database sent to the world’s anti-doping regulator as it investigated one of the biggest cheating scandals in sports history.

This would mean potential ban across all sports, World Cups and Olympics.

Russia's anti-doping agency (RUSADA) could be in danger of being declared non-compliant by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), after the agency opened compliance proceedings just months after a suspension against RUSADA was lifted.

Video - PM Narendra Modi's Speech | Howdy Modi Event | Address to Indian diaspora

Howdy means an informal friendly greeting, particularly associated with the western US states.

The word howdy in 'Howdy Modi' is an expression of greeting, a friendly way of saying "Hello, how do you do?"

"Howdy" is an informal greeting used in Texas and other southwestern US states
'Howdy Modi' has gained significance as it is believed to be one of the largest events to welcome a foreign head of government in the history of the United States of America. It will be the first time when heads of the two largest democracies in the world, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump, will jointly address a gathering.

The speech was focussed on India’s aspirations, India’s safety, India’s determination to well govern itself and farewell given to Article370. It was a speech for a New India. Decisive war against terrorism, Trump firmly with India and PM Modi’s subtle nod and not so subtle standing ovation when Trump says we need to fight radical Islamic terrorism were key takeaways. Howdy Modi event was testament to India’s rising stature.

PM has given clear message from Global Platform on Article 370 in front of POTUS to Terrorist Country & it's moles sitting in India. He demolished Pakistan, its narrative and their supporters totally with just a single speech.Everything about Howdy Modi was SPECTACULAR. Never have I seen such bonding between two countries. Reaction & cheering of the crowd of 50000 Indians in Houston was emotional & historical.

In the end, US President Donald Trump tweeted, "The USA loves India!".

The hosts fall next to the storm-top trio Neymar (two more games locked), Kylian Mbappe and Edison Cavani and the two Germans Thilo Kehrer and Julian Draxler (all injured).

The Spaniards even have to cope with seven losses: Marcelo , Isco , Luka Modric , Marco Asensio and Federico Valverde are missing because of various injuries, while the routed defensive duo Sergio Ramos and Nacho is locked. As a result, Belgian Eden Hazard , compelled by Europa League winner Chelsea in the summer, is particularly challenged to play in the Prinzenpark Stadium.

The second Wednesday hit goes up in Madrid, where Spain's runners-up Atletico are looking to retake Juventus and superstar Cristiano Ronaldo . The Italian record champion had eliminated the Madrilenians this year in the second round. After the departure of France's top man Antoine Griezmann , who had migrated to FC Barcelona in the summer, 126 million-euro man Joao Felix has already settled in well at the "Colchoneros".

Portugal's top-of-the-table talent scored one goal, one assist and one penalty in Atletico's first four league games. Spain's highest-circulation sports daily "Marca" already wrote about the birth of a new "super player". At the same time, comparisons were made with his famous compatriot Ronaldo.

Three people were hit by a racing boat off the coast of Venice . They wanted to set a record. The boat raced on Tuesday evening near a port against cliffs, as the Italian fire department tweeted.

Three bodies had been recovered from the submerged cabin, another human had gone overboard and been injured. According to news agency Ansa, one of the victims was an Italian racing boat designer and rider who tried to set a speed record from Monte Carlo to Venice.

The other two victims are British pilots . The racing boat could reach speeds up to 130 km / h. It started on Monday morning in Monte Carlo and crashed shortly before the finish line.

The manifestation of the full moon:

According to the harvest season, in older days - the sun light goes down and the fields are illuminated with the moon light and people started to harvest during that season. But who named it as harvest moon was still not clear. People who were living on the northern hemisphere could have followed this as a tradition.

Remember last February, when the Full Moon coincided with perigee, its closest point to Earth?
"The Moon was more than 30,000 miles closer and was accordingly branded a 'Supermoon'."
And what's more, depending on where you live, the rare 'micromoon' could be extra spooky this year as it is set to appear on Friday 13.

A full moon on Friday 13 is extremely rare. The last one was almost 20 years ago, back in 2000 and we are not expected to see another one until 2049.

Technically closer to Saturday 14, arriving at around 5.32 am.

People were teasing them for over a month for their cuddly and cute friendship. Now that they have given them with the first proper smooch.

“So we saw like on Twitter and stuff, you guys saying about the way we were kissing and how it looks weird. Like we kiss like fish,” Mendes tells the camera in a clip posted to Instagram.

The pair have been getting tongues wagging ever since the release of their hit collaboration, "Senorita." And they’ve been snapped many times, looking very close. Nothing has been as hot as this particular moment.

The big kiss isn’t the only hot Cabello moment happening right now. The Cuban-born singer just dropped the cinematic music video for “Liar.”
